One parsing question.
I think answer to 36 seems to be Tarot (card)

Clue: Card to artist singer returned.
Singer extra word.
To + RA returned gives ?AROT.
I don't know where the first T of Tarot comes from.

I think that one is To, in clue and Rat, singer, informant, reversed ('returned').

Rat for singer is not the first word that comes to mind. But it works perfectly here.
