Rt Puzzles

This is a question about RT subscribers being able to access online puzzles for free by registering online using their subscriber number. Whenever I enter my number I am told it is not valid and an email to RT has had no response. Has anyone had the same issues and if so was there a solution.

I really wouldn't bother. I was able to register but the puzzles just don't work as they should on any of my devices and it is so blerdy frustrating.
I've emailed RT several times and had no response.
