I hadn't seen that previous thread discussing the discrepancy - ta Cap'n. I can't add more, other than to suggest entering both a 'B' & an 'R' in the relevant box.

Of course, the publisher might decide to void the whole thing - is it possible to contact the publication to check on their policy?
