Bbc Quiz : Week 14

Good evening all.

I'm running a bit behind schedule tonight because I've been trying to multi-task but, of course, failing miserably at it!

A 'middling' start for me this week, with FOUR out of ten in the main quiz:

For the second time lately, Aunty Beeb has got her knickers in a twist with the junior quiz, meaning that she's re-published last week's quiz again instead of posting a new one. As a substitute for it, I'll offer you a simple(?) little quiz from BBC Bitesize (Which is primarily aimed at GCSE students) on the topic of 'time'. I only managed a score of THREE out of six with it:

A 'far from great' (but still 'passable', in my opinion) score of FOUR out of ten for me in the Timed Teaser this week:

I'm still seeing last week's questions (e.g. about the gold nugget and the Scottish tartan) on the BBC Newsround quiz website, despite the page stating that it was only posted 14 hours ago.

Just one point below me, I see. We'll call that 'just a statistical anomaly', shall we, and count it as 'honours even' then?

Well done, Cashier! Your aggregate is better than mine because of your higher score in the 'time' quiz. That's odd, as I thought it was only me who's old enough to remember the pyramids being built ;-)
