I’m reading a biography of Prince Rupert, the last cavalier, just now so the word was in my head.

I've got the full sentence - all the extra letters - and would really like to take the two final steps as told! Unfortunately the solution to 32 is preventing me from doing this! I know it must be an anagram of IMBER and LN and the meaning must be EARTH - but can't find anything to fit - ( I know I can make NIMBLER - but this is not the answer!) I also know I have entered two answers incorrectly - but can't sort it out without this answer - help please it's driving me mad!

I thought the container indicator was a bit off for this one (I was expecting LA[ne] to be blocked by the rest of it, not the other way round).
