Electronic Crossword/Anagram Solvers

My wife has been using a Seiko 2100 for some time but she has never really got on with it. We now want to replace it and every machine we consider seems to have conflicting reviews.
She wants a crossword solver/anagram solver ideally with a thesaurus and spellcker. It doesn't need to have games and a calculator but it seems that these are built in on all models. A large keypad and a large display would be useful as well.
Does anyone out there have any experience or recommendations?
Any ideas wou;d be gratefully received.

Mine is a Franklin Collins crossword solver. I’ve had it for years now and can’t really remember where I got it from, though they are available on Amazon.

It does anagrams, crossword solver and word builder modes. There is a thesaurus and spell check.

Mine is a Seiko Concise Oxford Thesaurus, got it from Argos years ago, not sure if they do it in large display though

Is she able to use any of the crossword solvers / anagram solvers available online? Some are excellent with thesaurus and spellcheck.

I expect the online availability has quashed the development of new physical devices
