Quite a challenging numerical.
The first stage was odd: I felt it relied on an intuitive 'feel' for the numbers rather than the standard logical route to fix all the individual values. This, for me, was the part that required the most thought.
Grid completion was fairly straightforward once I'd thought about a strategy to apply on my calculator.
The final part required some thought but you know when you have the correct answer!

I have a "life's too short" alarm that goes off in my head, at which point I reverted to programming skills to crack it. I even got Chat-GPT to write some of the routines for me, which was fun in a perverse sort of way.
I'd like to critique the puzzle, but I don't really feel qualified to do so now. I enjoyed the challenge, thanks Miles, but it wasn't really the one that you set.
