Brick is not another word for bread. Brick typically refers to a rectangular block made of clay or concrete used in construction, while bread refers to a food made from flour, water, and yeast or other leavening agents.
The two words have different meanings and are unrelated.
Albeit a while ago, having sampled 'Adobe Bread' during a visit to Arizona (a particular staple of the Pueblo people), then a propos of the original question, kindly accept 'adobe' as a direct challenge to BA being awarded to haras2 ;-)
