How many letters? I think bar is a better answer
Disbar looks fine to me...it means to exclude from the Bar (in legal sense of the word Bar) .... but the question mark is saying it does it mean exclude from a Bar as in pub?
DIS is a common colloquialism for dismis ie, reject an argument or exclude it, so I think the clue is double meaning ie exclude from the bar in the pub and bobb's legal explanation.
