Due to difficulty and variations of spelling, some of my adjoining letters might be in error.

13d Just looks like "neither herein nor there"" though not particularly Scottish sounding.

Do you have any more letters for 19a?

Hazlinny: 19a has developed more letters and now looks like this -
GR???I?P?O?? (although not yet certain about the 6th letter I just yet).
scorpiojo: HEID HIGHHEADYIN (Don't blame me, they started it).
