Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Good morning.

I deduced the theme pretty early on and have a full grid apart from 25A:

"Cheers afternoon, taking in TV hospital show".

I have searched Chambers (main dictionary and crossword dictionary) to no avail. If "cheers" and "afternoon" are as per the latter, then I have TA*A*HA. Any help will be gratefully received!

Lanvastrian, glad that helped. I answered from a bumpy train, and got it a little wonky. I should have simply said 'a famous US hospital is in the middle', and that would have properly left a definition for the answer!

I only have one letter - ?R???????? - because this clue is holding me back from completing the section of the grid it's in (full-ish grid otherwise) TIA

Neat puzzle! The 'q' gave it away. Stuck on 16D to fill hole wife hires idiots ??W?USE?; 37 D Young salmon, special: what it is caught with ?P??D; and 43A Bridge international taking over ?A??. Any help appreciated.
