Hello. I can see the anagram of lot and sorbets but that has no P. Am I on the wrong track again? Thank you.

a good deal might be 'lots' but I don't know where the P comes from either!

I was just about to ask the same question, but it looks like a mistake.  Maybe the setter had a sherry before and wrote sorbets instead of porbets??
