I have since found a word for 4d riotous which is a 'noter' that is where I get 'r' for 14d.

Which would give me i?o?e for21a endow.

I'd prefer Relater. Either, though, means the O is wrong and the D from indue must be wrong.

With indue  instead of imbue i now have for 14d. R?O?D?R. Just wondering if Re order would be OK for it. chronicler

It would only be Reorder if the setter meant to put Recorder but something went wrong
