Good evening, a very smooth Doc offering this week! I’m done except for the Unclueds. As I do not possess Brewer, I’m forced to use my wits and Google, as well as the red squares, to see how many of the capitalists I can discover.

PS Matakari, didn't someone provide a link to Brewer's when you, or others, mentioned being 'disadvantaged'? You maybe saved that?

Thanks, Matakari. You've gone astray with 5 A, both your letters are wrong.

The link to Brewer's has come up, been given on AB, a few times (over the past 15 years), I think I expected you to have jotted it down.

tedsgarn-  could it be Scena (although you have an E at the end) as that relates to recitative.

Is there an instruction about swapping letters (E for A)  then as the composer was scarlatti not scarletti, so scena becomes scene?

I can see the SCE from first letters, but not the rest.

NMA, Scene is just the plural of Scena, recitative. It's from the Italian, but is in Chambers as an 'ordinary'  word, so didn't need more of a definition.
