I haven't got an answer to No 3 lisalou but I noted that there was a National Rail Strike going on at the time and the Trooping the Colour and Ascot were both cancelled. It could be that the Queen attended some important function by helicopter instead of the Royal Train. Someone else on the site might be able to hazzard a guess. Good luck.
