19 Across. Heavenly body, denoting wealth in combination. Pluto?
21 Across. What'll go into the making of breakfast - toast mostly. (10, 2 words)
Rolled oats (porridge) but can't explain it.

Any explanations would be appreciated. TIA

The best I can manage for 21 is that oats is most of toast and rolled round (anagrammed).

19 The word 'pluto  goes before other words and means wealth... plutocracy, plutocrat, plutolatry....
