Pete Wicks on Strictly.  How the hell is he still there?  His dancing is pitiful, he looks like he'd rather be anywhere else, and comes across as unfriendly and unpleasant.  And don't get me started on those tattoos and fake teeth.  Why are the public voting for this boor?

Two of my close female relatives were both diagnosed with potentially fatal disease on Saturday. Both, like me, are in their forties. One has bowel cancer and the other has COPD. 

Cranky doesn't really begin to cover it. :-)

Ok I'm sitting here trying to memorise some notes and cords by writing them down, on checking i get it wrong, throw it in the waste paper bin, and keep missing. Its only a meter away. So cranky for getting it wrong, and cranky for missing the bin. Now thats cranky x 2

I had a large tin of pilchards In tomato sauce, and two large pickled onions for my main meal........only once though.
