Can any one help me?


I have a toshiba 4600 windows 2000 Laptop.. and for some reason it wont load up. When i turn it on all i have is three lights which appear..


The Battery Light - The On Button - The Plug Button


It makes no noise at all, and does not load up..


Any suggestions welcome.
