no idea why we develop them crete, i dont think that anything has to trigger them.
Mine is needles and doctors and Ive always been like the this. I was such a wimp when i had to have all my bloods done when pregnant and will avoid any needle if i can get away with it
Mines pretty standard really crete, flying. It was started in 1989 by a really horrendous flight. I am a little easier after my holiday this year though cause the flight was excellent.
Im not too fond of snakes either but i wouldn't say i have a phobia of them.
Bananas. No idea why. :o(
My phobia is the usual! Spiders! Im petrified of them. I also hate needles, i dont mind having needles in me as long as i cant see it!!

bananas ?
High/large buildings and rats.
the sea, to do with sharks

Started in australia, but since being back here cant even go past my knees in New brighton, Not even greece or spain, last time I went in the sea was 1990 in Faliraki and I lasted all of a minute !!
I hate anywhere where there are crowds too like at concerts!
A lot of experience in this area, but won't discuss details. Phobias can be highly specific (e.g. loose shirt buttons) or general (e.g. agaraphobia). I believe that in some cases they can be traced back to a specific incident in early life. My mum told me that when I was a baby my sister tried (unsuccessfully lol) to stifle me with a pillow.

LOL! It's not a metaphor, either.

I have no idea why. The smell of the them, to touch, everything about them makes me gag. I love banana flavoured things, just so long as they're not made from actual bananas.

I know, I know. :o)
Rabbits, horses and spiders.

I dont have a phobia of needles but I do faint when I see my own blood being taken.
jenny long legs ..they scare seven shades o ***** outta me
I developed a phobia of rats when I had some living in the wall cavities. Got rid of them at the time and have since moved house but I can still mentally hear the scratching noises, think I'm paranoid!
Not too keen on heights either

good to see your sister didnt succeed.no money for her in your will i assume.
My little (barsteward) of a brother threw a banana skin at me a few months back, to get me out of his chair. I cried. :'o(

I'm seriously scared of heights, too, but fine in planes. Tad strange, I know.
water i have a phobia of water washing bathing and getting water to drink doesnt bother me but the sea or the swimming pool im petrified of drowning so really drowing is my phobia !!
I've experienced vertigo before but I still get a buzz out of it when it happens. Mushrooms and shell fish give me the boke.
All rodents! If it was a choice between rat or a rottweiler, I would choose the dog! I've also got a mild aversion to tights;)
Question Author
skreech.......... not too sure how many will know what the boke is on this site,, now the dry boke is even worse lol
snakes brrr.

If you enter "snake" on google images, I think you'll see why.
