Who were the five kings that rode behind Queen Victoria's coffin on the gun carriage?

This is partly guesswork, but 1. Edward VII, 2. the King of Belgium 3. the King of Portugal, 4. the German Kaiser and 5. Prince David who would later become King Edward VIII, who abdicated. It may even be that George VI - our present Queen's father who came to the throne after the abdication - also attended.
