Good Morning C

I've sent it to a friend who lives in Canada.

If for no other reason I wanted her to see the multiplicity of words that can be used as anagram indicators.

Hi K ! Yes, I particularly enjoyed this week's Listener for a similar reason. I did try to get my Uncle (who also lives in Canada and does the Glasgow Herald Crossword every day) interested a few weeks back, but so far he remains unconverted !

PS I notice that Doc is allowing e-mailed entries for the previous 2 puzzles. That should encourage even more overseas entrants !
Thanks for this - it's a very long time since I've looked at the Spectator and had forgotten about the crossword. I might even get the last couple of weeks' crosswords and e-mail them....

Like K, I too am going to use this for educational purposes with friends/family who "don't understand how [you] know that's an anagram".

Thanks again.

Thanks, C. Finished that! Do they take photocopies?
Thanks for the link cruciverbali .. I only started doing these recently (started with " The Spectator" 1834), and I do appreciate K and yourself posting these links. (S)

16A .
I have an anagram of trams as smart and it doesn't fit ...

Does this mean all my other answers are in the wrong place ?
Please say they are not !

4d as Turn ones head
Any help gratefully received .
