22a There is an alternative spelling I'll try to find where I got it and post again. The letters are correct.

23a Letters are correct. If you google the whole clue and the first hit should give you the answer. You will have to read through to get the correct spelling.

Just doesn't seem to be so much activity during the week on Q&P ..... is there another site .... I see past reference to 'Answerback' - but can't find it?

Lots of activity on a weekend for telegraph etc - but site seem lifeless during the week?

There are many different 'chat' sites, ventpeg. But so far as I know this is the only one specifically for Questions and Answers.

And. Ventpeg, some of us just got fed up with the sniping from some members who don't seem to have any questions to ask for their own use and yet object to others have questions answered for their use.
