Getting nowhere fast today. Any advice would be welcome!

1a Made pastor enter in prayer (11) I thought it might be an anagram of pastor enter, but it seems more likely to be "ministering". Am I right?

13a A swollen-headed man admits one calumny (9)
It ends in "n"

Thanks everyone!
