Could 11d be SEPARATE TABLES, and I think it's Lollo Rosso lettuce, isn't it? So Resort would then fit.

I think it should be Lollo Rosso lettuce, that's the version given in Chambers, although there seems to be several different spelling variations. I'm going with the Chambers version.
