Hanging a frame - inspiration needed!

Hi

I am going to hang a picture frame in my kitchen with no picture or glass in (ie just the frame itself). I intend to paint the wall inside the frame area with blackboard paint. Any ideas how to hang the frame so no wires or hooks are visible and it sits flush wiht the wall? I don't want to permenantly glue it or anything like that. I'm hoping to get quite a large old ornate frame to do this with.

why dont you put a piece of hardboard inthe framw and paint that then you can hang the frame as normal
