I put weight - thought maybe the postcode was W8. What did you have for 26d, gaul or gall?

Many thanks. Have checked Kensington post code and yes that is W8 so I think you're right with weight but Cant see the Chelsea link (post code SW3).
For 26d, I opted for Gaul but without much confidence. I don't like that type of clue.

16a Weight is correct, referring to the 'Royal Borough of K&C' , with its Town Hall in W8. Not for first time buyers, unless Daddy has �4m . . . .
