Hi JimJools

Would have been my own spelling... but that does not seem to fit grid.....
Question Author
Hi beerbelly - Im really confused by this grid....
I've just double checked that and it's Bolognese in Chambers.
Question Author
have it completed otherwise.....
Must admit , whenever i've put it on the menu , it was always Bolognaise !
I've always spelt it that way...........But then spelling isn't my strong point. :-/
Question Author
Thanks everybody - going with beerbelly, Jim Jools and Chambers definition == bolognese

Thanks to all.
bolognese is the Italian spelling and bolognaise is the French - so strictly speaking, as pasta is Italian, it should always be bolognese - but many varieties of this in the shops are spelt the French way
