Im thinking of taking a break in the Gambia late March. The hotel is adjacent to the beach in Banjul.
According to the brochure its not far from the city centre.
Would be grateful for any info. regarding area etc.

You could try TripAdvisor.co.uk, I think there's a site called Hotels.com or something like that. Or sites like Expedia have reviews.

'If' the hotel is the Corinthia Atlantic you wil;l find it fantastic. Not much night life in Banjul but the hotel is brilliant. Lots of trips out if you want but you can easily spend a week in the hotel. Been there many times.

Nice country, and interesting sites. But expect a lot of guilt-tripping about how the 'white man exploited our country [so give us some money, now]'
