Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Oh Shaneystar ! I'm stuck in exactly the same boat as you! But I have one further problem ... does 16a begin with M .? .... I don't need to know anything more as I've got the rest of the letters.

Got it! Take away the odd letters in rOgUiSh .. S African word for man !

I found this easy going once I sussed out the theme ....it's always the little ones !

I don't believe it ..it was right there in Chambers under my very nose ! Must try harder .

I'm glad it's there, as I was wondering whether I ought to suggest that you splashed out and bought the newest edition of Chambers. I think, probably, that like me, you weren't really expecting it to be 'ou' so you weren't looking properly.

I knew about 25a anyway and expected her to be there, but as a woman I was surprised and delighted to see 15d also dining at the top table.

I thought it was a very good crossword ..after getting a couple and drifting along with thinking they were people from sort of academic conference I then realised what the setter meant by table !.
