Information display...

I am running an indoor sports tournament next August. The venue has within it 4 locations for competitions in different parts of the building.
I want to set up a simple information display system to inform competitors of start times, and recent results.
All start times and results will be on excel files on a central pc. Is there any way I can do this using a pc and tv screens at the various points in the building? and what equipment I would need if its possible?
Cabling is possible but wireless would be preferable.

it is possible but is going to work out expensive I had to install a similer thing for a showroom recently. first you would need 4 of these which are the best prices I could find for them.

you would also need one of these to split the pc moniter output 4 ways

all in all proably looking a 250-300quid for these parts oh and the screens would need to have standard pv monitor ports on them.

Could all be setup to run wireless but wouldn't suggest it, cable is more reliabe and it would be quite a large cost to get the bits for wireless
