Ok, I really need your help as my coursework needs to be in tomorrow and I'm really stuck. The title is analysis of vinegar, and I've carried out a range of titrations, but my results are pretty crap so I'm kind of just making them up:( Anyway, I've done some titrations on equal volumes of malt vinegar, malt vinegar distillate and malt vinegar concentrate with NaOH. Would expect the distillate to have the greatest concentration of ethanoic acid and so need the greatest volume of NaOH for neutralisation or would I expect the original vinegar to need the most NaOH because there is a variety of acids in the vinegar. Anyway, I'm sure this makes no sense, but thanks anyway.. xxxxxxxx
