Has anyone won the mos prize crossword?

just wondered if anybody on here has won this before, i remember one man saying he'd won it 4 times! but apart from that i've never heard of anybody winning before
I have done the prize crossword and the you magazine every single week for about 4 years now and havent won anything

I too have been entering without success for a long time.
I have a theory that a different winner is selected each week
from the very many entries that are made.
I read about the four times winner also. Thought there might be a terminological inexactitude somewhere in there.

Hi Debbie I've been doing all the crosswords in the MOS since the paper started. I've won the Bare Bones once and the general knowledge once but, at that time, the prize was �20 (not the big amount that it is now). Never won the You.

I've won a runners-up prize with the You crossword (�25) and this year, 4th May I won the Crusader crossword - �100. Like most people, I've been doing all the X-words for donkey's years and these are the only prizes I've won. Putting it in to context, how much have I spent on postage?!

Yes I won the MOS prize crossword in 2005 but have had no luck since. Just keep trying.

Yes I won the prize crossword last year but nothing since even though I enter every week.

I was astounded to win the MOS crossword a few years back when the prize was �750. I couldn't believe it when I was told over the phone! Soon went though , as I share any winnings with the neighbours. Keep trying the lucky postbox though!
