Sun, sun, sun
What is the sunniest place in the world, which is inhabitable and not too hot? I have seasonal affective disorder and only feel well when it is sunny, yet I could not cope with the heat in Arizona, which officially gets the most sun.
I am seriously thinking of emigrating for my health ad wellbeing. Any suggestions on somewhere that is sunny all year round but not too hot? Thanks.

Spain and Portugal are the sunniest European countries. Is it possible for you to take your holidays in the winter months, and stay at home in the summer? Going abroad in November and February will really appear to shorten the winter for you.

for people with SAD best place has to be canaries, summers not too hot ,low thirties, winters low twentys, but all year round sun, places like portugal and some parts of spain ,maybe a bit dodgy for sun in winter time, even though temperature may be ok. we go to canaries every winter, two weeks in new year, brilliant weather, my 72 year old mother in law comes too, and spends most of her time on the beach.
