one of the best xword clues

A friend of mine reckons this is one of the best clues he has come across. No ref to any particular puzzle I'm afraid.

That's it . The three groups are placed in different parts of the Xword puzzle. I've not a clue, any thoughts out there?

Did the crossword have a title which may give a hint to a possible theme?

To be honest, I don't know what I'm looking for. I don't know how many letters it is or what you mean by "placed in different parts of the xword".
