gas to double in price !! again?

what is happening in the world? gas going to double again in the next two yrs....im lucky i am working but my heart goes out to all them people out there who cant find work..myself and wife use 20� gas a week...10 electric..at least 30 food..plus run a car etc...how to hell is a young mum with kids able to survive on government handouts?? fair play to the council strikers as i feel the government are going to have to put all our wages up with inflation...ok my question is for someone with more knowledge than me...what will thiis country be like in 5 yrs time...what do all you people envisage in 5 yrs from now??? im maybe a bit rash , im seriously thinking of emptying my bank going to north thailand where my wife has home,living there for few yrs working rice etc and leading a simple life and then i will think about coming back here when things pick up...

�20 a week on gas?? where do you live? Windsor Castle? I pay �22 a month and I'm in credit. How can you possibly use that much? Sorry just found that figure quiet shocking.
In 5 years time hopefully the Tories would have cut the vast public sector wastage introduced by Noo Labour. 600,000 new trendy town hall jobs for starters. With other initiatives It'll settle down.

There was me thinking Gas price rises were due to the price being fixed to the price of oil, which is soaring.

When all along it is determined by how many pen-pushers the Town Hall employs. And a simple measure like sacking all the pen-pushers will solve all our energy problems.

oh ethel there u go again getting ur little dig in !!! i wish i were perfect like u dear !!! its a big decision to make for me rite now but if things do get worse we will go back although my wife is reluctant...and please ethel tell me where ive posted that so many times? i think i posted a question once about me going back,rite?? anyway the question wasnt about emmigrating was it ethel?? please put ur reading glasses on dear...hehe !! also yes �20 a week,i live in a two bed detached....shocking is not the rite word...down rite ******* extortion!!!!
oh and have just got a 2 *******!! 60� traffic ticket s this week for parking my own car outside my door with 2 wheels onto the footpath...no yellow lines or nothing ...this government are just a greedy shower of sh.i...te !!! i try to live by the law but i dont blame anyone out there rite now for ripping the government off for every penny they can get...gggrrrrrrr!!!!!!
