I am a bit distraught ... yet another of my mates has been removed from planet earth... This makes it n+1 in the last n months and is so not fair... my mate Dave was killed in a car crash this morning in the Midlands.. I guess I don't have a question really, I just needed to write something. He was a nice guy, with a lovely partner and two great kids. gulp... sorry. I wish sometimes I could kick God's ankles.

So sorry to hear this - I'm afraid the death toll on the roads up here make grim reading too

Thanks Scotgal...
Sorry to hear your news Jugglering. You need a hug and in the absence of your friends on here (for the moment) I send you one.
Give one of your beasties a cuddle as well.
No problem jugglering. Several years ago a car crashed into the wall just outside my parents house. It was dark and father went to investigate twice but could see nothing. Several minutes later there was a knock on the door and there stood a poor young man covered in blood. Luckily mother was a nurse so she tended to him while father phoned the emergency services. Of the 4 young occupants of the car only one survived but he died a few years later. I remember dad reading it in the paper and he was really upset at the waste of it all
So sorry Jugg. Massive hugs - I know it doesn't make anything better but it's sent with loving thoughts.

You seem to have lost a lot of people that you care about lately. Have you got someone close you can share it with? It's important to be able to do that. The pain doesn't lessen but sharing it makes it seem better in the short term.
oh how awful jugg, life is not fair sometimes, maybe it is all part of a great divine plan?

((((((hug)))))))

Many thanks for your kind words.

I did smile at your comment Cazz... divine plan indeed ! I am going to have to have a quiet word with the planner involved (just where are the believers when you need them to ask a question for you ....the question being a simple "why?")
I know that maybe you dont like me to much jugglering but I do sometimes have a serious side to me and I am so sorry for your loss and my heart goes out to you and daves family.
It can be so cruel this life sometimes cant it.

Thanks both... I sometimes wish I had the certainty of a religious belief that would make me think that I might *see* those good mates again...
Jugglering, I am sorry to read of the loss of your friend xx
just saw this, condolenses from me too xxx
My name is Thomas Peggy. I would be very interested in offering you a part-time paying job in which you could earn allot without quitting your present Job or having problem with your employers..I just resigned my job as a research scientist for ARINI (Agricultural research Institute of Northern Ireland ) I am fully residing in Ireland. Presently, I have just been granted a funding to head a research project in the tropical regions of West Africa regarding rare and vulnerable plant species and this would be commencing very soon. However my funding were by my American counterparts who send me the bunch of payments mostly in US based money orders. Getting an accountant in the states or opening an account would have been my best choice but I have a deadline to meet and taking any of those choices would cost me time and a whole lot of other requirements. I am not ready to deal with, as I would be traveling a lot in the meantime. So presently, assuming you would be able to deal with cash, I would be willing to employ you on contract basis to be my payment representative back in the states, this way I could issue and make payments in form of Money Orders, Cashier's Check, etc out to you, you could then cash them easily, withdraw 10% of the total amount on these payment instruments as your commission and then send the rest back to me through wire transfer. Please, bear it in mind that we would be dealing with quite a handful of cash and you a could be making up to $5000 just working with me in a short period of time within 1-2 weeks.I would be glad if you accept my proposal and I intend to commence on starting as soon as you are ready. If you are interested, please email me back so we could make concluding arrangements.

Thank You
Thomas Peggy

oh jugg - losing someone is so hard...it's so hard to see "the big picture" and it seems so senseless doesn't it? sorry for your loss
that's so sad, I'm sorry. I don't have any religious comments because sometimes bad things happen to good people.

Im so sorry for you, I know exactly how you feel, a very close friend of mine who used to confide in me a lot had problems within his relationship and decided to go to his hometown of liverpool, miles away from all of us and ended up commiting suicide! He was only 26, another friend of mine died suddenly of sudden adult death syndrome, her children found her, its so frustrating and I know exactly how you are feeling....x
