is satzenbrau beer ok to drink when trying to lose weight? 112 calories per can,,2grammes of carbs per can,, no fat per can....i drink 4 pints on a fri and sat nite......

400 mil per can.....500 mil per pint....wowee a little difference.!!...wots the big issue about 100 mil....??? its not that confusing really is it ?
and 4 cans ,112 per can is 448 calories per session...not bad in my book..and thats only twice per week!!! so its not too much...

No, it wouldn't have been an issue if I knew the cans were 400mls to start with. You can buy much smaller and much larger cans of beer.

As you also need proteins, minerals and vitamins it is better to get your calories from nutritious food than booze
