Need help with 8 down, is it narked? also 17 across, 27 across , 19 down , 40 across , 44 dow and finally 55 across. Many thanks to all that help.

think it was agreed on saturday that this would be null and void due to the mistakes with the clues and the grid not matching up

It is possible to work through the �500 crossword from Saturday's Daily Telegraph (which was the 23rd August) with a little tipp-ex on the grid and renumbering the clues - see various posts under 'Braingames'.

Or do you mean the Sunday Telegraph which was the 24th August?
