Welcome to Title Builder Beta.

This small piece of kit is designed to make building your Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle question more effective. It should make finding your question easier for others and, the easier it is to find, the more likely someone is to answer it!

To build an easy to find question title simply select the paper and quiz, enter the quiz number if relevant and fill in the Publication Date. Once you’re happy click “Build Title” and the information should populate the Title field. Fill in the final required details of your question as you normally would, and click submit.

As this is a Beta we only have a limited number of papers and quizzes listed. If you think your favourite Quiz, Crossword or Puzzle should be listed here don’t hesitate to contact us.

Remember: You do not have to use the title builder - simply enter the title and question as you normally would and click submit!

Surely there must be someone else who is having a problem with Paul- or are we going to have to put it away until Monday Sept 29th? Help- we don't want to win a prize- just want to get some sleep!

Yes lots of us had a problem with Paul... trawl through all the old questions and there are loads about this crossword
( with helpful answers!)

I certainly found it difficult, tho I've finished it now with help from ABers.I still don't understand fully the clue to 25a. "Heading for launch, approaching 1, deafening, having held to this moment?" 7 letters, it's liftoff. Well, heading for launch is L, deafening could be ff, to is held (in the middle), but where does if come from?

the i in if comes from 'approaching 1' and the f goes with the other two f's to make fff which is deafening, having held 'to', f to ff. Hope that's clear!

Yep! This one was a strange one for PAUL. But it's always good to exercise one's brain cells with a challenge. No resort to Answerbank and no complaints. More of the same please if not harder.
