Real Player 1 - some help required

I have downloaded a Real Player 1 onto my PC, and can pick up radio stations, which is ideal. In addition, it kindly offers to copy every CD I play as well, which I would like to do, provided I could a) delete the tracks I don't wish to keep, and b) place the ones I want into some sort of playlist order. Can anyone tell me how I do these please?
