Back button not working
On some web sites the browser back button doesn't work. Does anyone know why, and how you can get over this problem? Its annoying when you can't get back to the Google listing after looking at a lot of the sites it has thrown up!

What is happening is you click the google link, it takes you to page 1 which then instantly redirects you to another page (page2). so when you click back it takes you back to page1again that then just instantly redirects you back to page2.
Double clicking back quickly normally gets you back to google, or click the little down arrow to the right of the back button and select google from the drop down list to skip the redirect page (page1)

If I want to look at a number of links from Google, I hold down Ctrl and click each link in turn. This opens each link in a new tab (in IE7 or Firefox). That way you can easily flick between various pages (useful if you're shopping) and you can get back to the same Google page by simply selecting the first tab.
If you're using IE, there should be a little down arrow to the right of the back button:

Clicking on this will give a list of all the pages you were on before your current one, and you can click on any of them to return to them
