Buy to Let

Many thanks Pbeach
pbeach hardly ever explains the wordplay !!

buy = yup backwards

to let is to(i)let without the i (one off)
I took "snap up" to be "buy" rather than anything backward.
16d is Teetotal
Do I have to explain that? I will explain the wordplay if asked, otherwise I think people might like to work out whats going on for themselves....
I was thinking of yap rather than yup, so you're probably correct sedge!!
Paul - it was in the question "....if so why "

and by the way, I can't spell !!!!
BigDave Apologes - missed it :-)
