I thought "TUBBS" was the wife in the Local Shop. Is it really their surname?

I too would like to see the decomposition of the SYSTEM-BUILT clue, I put that in from the Def.: "made from standard parts"

This was very hard - in fact STUBBS was the first I put in (spot the L of G fan), and that swine ending in the T of SYSTEM-BUILT the last (confirming it was BUILT rather than BUILD).
