So glad you are still up Sarumite - I know New York never sleeps but I did not know about Salisbury ! I did want to wish you a Happy New year and thanks for all the help in 2008 resulting in my receiving a Telegraph fountain pen about 2 weeks ago !! and thanks to Aniani too - the answers so obvious when shown to my benighted understanding !
