I have 2 questions which someone may know the answers to: Which Commonwealth country has city which when founded during 1860s was named after a British Prime Minister of 1850s and 1860s and can see fish coming inshore to be fed by hand. What phrase meaning a very small amount comes from the Gospel of St Matthew and completes the pharse ' not one....' (In crossword terms 3,2,6) Thanks

Australia has a city of Palmerston who was PM around that time. Thinking about the second part.

Yes, it could be Palmerston. There's also Derby a PM and a city in Australia, but can't find anything about feeding fish. Most frustrating. Looking forward to any other help.

Q14 I think it's Stephen Byers. I've found Brisbane as a city where the fish come to be fed but can't find any reference to a PM.
