Tried to open e-mails in outlook express 6 but a message came up "Outlook Express did not shutdown correctly last time. Problem due to last message. Message not being shown. Since then I have been unable to send/rec e-mails. It freezes and I have to use Ctrl/Alt/Del to restart.Advice please. [Email address removed as per site policy. - AB Editor]
