Hi

I've got the 4 words from the extra letters, the 6 worded
quotation, the 6 connected unclued lights and the person tied to the crossword title BUT I cannot relate 13a to the clue.

Can someone just confirm please that the clue is correct as given ?

Hi Kayakamina, The clue is,I think, correct and refers to the 2nd meaning of axis.."..the white spotted deer of India"
