and i thought toronto had enough talent to be original lol...would you recommend times cryptics to me? how often do they get published?
There is one every day; not free tho - must subscribe; not sure how many loonies it would cost, but I save my dollars & just go for free ones. the financial times publishes one daily. Google Financial Times Crossword to get right to it. Answers published the next day; I find FT and London Times to be of roughly equal difficulty, personally. FT are good puzzles to learn the ropes on.

The Guardian cryptic is available free every day- and you can cheat if you really need to. Go to guardian.co.uk, and look down the right side for crosswords.

id prefer a crossword with as few british references or slangs as possible since i do not know alot about british culture
