Oops, put my size 3's in it again. Yet, if Rollo thinks it is Beef + like his explanation then it almost definitely is Beef!

Looks like beef is correct ...... never heard this definition before ..... A bee, as used in quilting bee or spelling bee, is an old word to describe a gathering of friends
