The answers to this quiz are 100 different stations that can be found on the London Underground or Docklands Light Railway. A popular topic for quizzes but we started with a blank piece of paper and a list of stations, so we hope you will enjoy our selection of clues, some cryptic, some factual. We have deliberately decided not to include the number of letters in each answer as we thought that would make it just too easy.

Copies of the quiz can be downloaded from http://www.billericaylions.com/quiz.htm and you can send your fee with your completed entry, or if you still want the thrill of receiving a paper copy in the post they can still be requested by sending a stamped, addressed envelope and entry fee to :-

Why oh why would you allow the quiz to be downloaded for free?? Many people will now just do this for fun and not bother sending the pound in.

but remember a lot of us will send the pound in, dont judge everybody the same

I don't doubt it but many more will just download the quiz, do a few then bin it.

squarebear - That was what I was expecting but many more people downloaded and sent in their answers (and money) for our last quiz then we had request a copy for the previous one so from a fund raising point of view the download seems to be working.

smouse - I have been watching this forum and haven't seen anyone ask for hints or answers yet. Have I been looking in the wrong place ? Glad you like it, we had fun setting it.

QuizmasterG - You're probably right but if they are asking questions on here they must be doing the quiz. Only people who enter have a chance to win a prize or request a set of answers.

Why you presume people download it and dont pay is beyond me I know loads of people who send in copies with the money please dont think we dont
Remember if you do about 30 a month saving the stamp money is a big help

smouse - we didn't know how the download was going to work and thought there was a risk that people would just make a copy and do the quiz but in the end we were amazed by the number who did send them in. We hoped that people would appreciate the cost saving of two stamps and two envelopes and for this quiz have extended the savings by offering the option to have the answers emailed saving another stamp and envelope.

Of course there are some people who may not have access to the web or just prefer to have a paper copy so will continue to offer the facility to request a copy by post.

I have seen this advertised, but I probably wouldn't bother sending for it. Down-loading it makes it much easier and quicker. I have already sent in my entry with my entry fee. It was very enjoyable ..... whether I've got the correct answers or not.
